Well, life is really hard, especially for those who always want to live in a peaceful place like me. I have a frustrating time now but as the saying goes, "People always dissatisfies with the present, longingly remember the past and hope for the future but the present will be past and the future will be present.", I think this maybe hard but will be a memorable time in my life. That's the problem of endurance and fighting spirit after all.
Last month is really a busy time for doujin music fans (C78, of course). Even I'm not one and so busy with working but its heat has gone into my top unobstrucsively. The quality of AGM is just average, almost the same as July. The Golden Age of AGM still doesn't come back (or it has gone away forever?). Just look back at last year April and you will know why I keep saying this line again and again. However, it's not good to be in despair for long, let's make a warm welcome for those winners of August 2010, most of which are ballad for laidback time:
1. Ayane - Omoide wa Yubikiri no Kioku e
- OST: Memories Off Yubikiri no Kioku ED
- Released Date: August 25, 2010

Well, let's talk about our last month's top notch. It's Ayane, one who should be known by her rock and electronica game music style. But here is Ayane in a light, open ballad. It's something odd but it's a good song after all. Sometimes a sudden change like that can really amaze me (Sakakibara Yui nyan-nyan in Nanayaduki, for example).
2. Hanako Oku - Garasu no Hana
- OST: Tales of Phantasia: Narikiri Dungeon X
- Released Date: August 4, 2010
- Rating:★★★★★★★★★★

I have thought much and finally decided to put this song at second place though it's somehow more "perfect" than the first. It's our Hanako Oku, last month is really her comeback after a long time with one single and one album. Garasu no Hana is a typical song of her style: gentle, simple and rather pensive. It's not bad but it can't match with Garnet and Kawaranai Mono. I expect more from her, so that's why this song is just the runner-up.
3. Matsushita Yuuya - Bird
- OST: Kuroshitsuji II ED
- Released Date: August 25, 2010
- Rating:★★★★★★★★★★
- Download: Mediafire

Matsushita Yuuya. This is a strange name to me. To tell you the truth, I don't know much of male singers in AGM showbiz and don't have a special interest in one (Suga Shikao maybe the one I care for much). This is another light ballad song. It's rather simple but really have something to listen more. I think the singer has done well and his appearance in the PV is also not bad. A really potential singer, right?
4. Chata - Gensokyo, Past and Present
- Felsic mirage - Touhou Kaeidzuka
- Released Date: August 14, 2010
- Rating:★★★★★★★★★★
- Download: Mediafire
- Video: Watch Video

Now is a more rockin' time than the previous ballad time. It's our Chata the Doujin Queen in a Touhou song. Again, it's her enchanted charming voice that can make anything epic become something stylish and lovely. As long as she (and Ritsuka) still sings, I have a belief in human-voice song in doujin and game music.
NON-AGM BONUS
Chata - Rakujitsu
Chata again in this corner. She's really the name that I expect much in C78 and Usagi Kinoko doesn't let me down at all. Just listen to this song at the playlist and enjoy her way. She really know how to make music!
